Do your skin care products contain fragrance, dyes, parabens or sulfates?

Fragrance (perfume) and dye free, our naturally derived formulas are pure, fresh, and phyto-nutriently enhanced. All aromas and colors are from natural plant extracts only. We are also a cruelty-free product line.  All Golden Door Skin Care products are paraben- and sulfate-free.To ensure peak potency, we produce our products in extremely limited quantities.

What are my shipping options?

All orders are processed and shipped via UPS within one to two business days from receipt of the order. UPS Ground Service may take up to 5 business days to arrive. 3 Day Select (3 business days transit time) or 2nd Day Air (2 business days transit time) are also offered. Please see chart for information on rates. For international shipments and any special requests such as Next Day Air or Post Office delivery, please contact us.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. For check or money order payments, and/or if you wish to place a custom order, please contact us.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be added to all shipments in California ONLY. Sales tax rate will vary depending on zip code.

 

Can I place an APO or FPO order?

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or to Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the U.S. Post Office and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

At goldendoorskincare.com, we understand how important security is to you. When you order online with us, we use e use Thawte branded 256bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. We have used government-approved encryption software. What if I don’t feel comfortable providing my information?

What if I need to return a product?

 

For Golden Door Skin Care:    We guarantee all of our products for three months from the date of purchase. All credits will be refunded to the original credit card used. If the original payment was via check or money order, your refund check will be mailed directly to you. For more information regarding a return or exchange, please contact us.
