ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a method of bringing the body into balance utilizing the 14 main meridians, or energetic pathways. Through the balancing of the meridians. You can experience relief from chronic to acute health conditions, and a deeper state of relaxation. Treatments are tailored to the individual and typically include acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and massage.

QI FLOW CUPPING MASSAGE

A unique combination of cupping, an herbal warming modality called moxibustion, and Ayurvedic massage. Cupping increases circulation to muscle tissue which causes toxins to be eliminated through the lymphatic system. This circulation enhancing treatment may not be suitable for guests with pre-existing medical conditions.

FELDENKRAIS: FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION

In this session the practitioner senses and provides feedback through hands-on gentle touch. Through increased awareness, you will learn to reduce effort and let go of patterns in the body to allow for a clearer sense of skeletal support, often leading to greater flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture. This method helps you prevent and recover from injuries while maintaining healthy joints and tissues.

She employs a blend of holistic hands-on and energy techniques promotes healing, restoration, and balance within the body including: Traditional osteopathic manual therapies • Neuromuscular re-education, Cranialsacral, Myofascial release, Visceral-neural manipulation, Spinal alignment, Energy medicine.

THERAPEUTIC REHABILITATION ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT

Your physical therapist will perform an evaluation, focusing on the areas of your musculoskeletal system that are impacted. will develop a targeted treatment and plan to achieve the most rapid and complete recovery possible. A running or walking video analysis may be performed if this is the underlying cause of your musculoskeletal dysfunction.

FLEXIBILITY AND POSTURE ASSESSMENT

Proper flexibility and posture distributes the force of gravity through our body so that no structures are overly strained. Your assessment includes a flexibility and postural evaluation along with information on how to correct your individual flexibility and postural faults. Following your evaluation will be a hands on manual stretching session based on your imbalances.
