Jeff Jackson Executive Chef, The Lodge at Torrey Pines

Acclaimed Executive Chef Jeff Jackson is credited with being one of the original pioneers of the farm-to-table movement in San Diego. With a classically French-trained culinary background, Chef Jackson has earned numerous awards and accolades for his innovative yet simple style of cuisine. He founded the nationally recognized Celebrate the Craft food festival, and now brings his iconic dedication to farm-fresh ingredients to the entire culinary program at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.

He’ll be preparing a special Truffle Dinner Wednesday evening for our guests. What a treat!

Rooted in the Italian varietals that first populated Northern California vineyards, PAVI WINES embraces its heritage with modern California winemaking techniques.

Founded in 1988, PAVI WINES is a family-owned wine business and a tribute to Pavi’s Italian heritage
producing Pinot Grigio, Dolcetto, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vin Santo. After spending
summers in Italy growing up, Pavi has a deeply rooted passion for the Italian culture, centering around delicious food and wine at every meal and always with family and friends to celebrate each day.

Robbie Meyer | Peirson Meyer Wines

As part owner and winemaker for Peirson Meyer Wines, Robbie’s interest in wine began at an early age. His studies in plant sciences and chemistry were a great match for his graduate work at the University of California, Davis where he received his Master’s Degree in Enology. Robbie has spent several vintages working at wineries including Peter Michael Winery, Lewis Cellars, and Jericho Canyon Vineyards. In addition to Peirson Meyer, he is consulting for several wineries in Sonoma, Napa Valley and Livermore Valley.

Angelina Mondavi

Angelina Mondavi is at the forefront of a new generation of winemakers in Napa Valley. She began her career at the age of 10 assisting the lab manager at her family’s winery, C. Mondavi & Family. At Villanova University she majored in chemistry with a minor in business to create a solid foundation for her future in the wine industry.
