We are thrilled you will be joining us at Golden Door. To help us prepare for and personalize your Golden Door stay please take a moment fill out the Pre-Arrival Questionnaire so we can ensure you have a magical visit.

 

PRE-ARRIVAL CALL

We would love to speak with you! Whether you are a returning guest or new to the Golden Door, we respect your time and how you would like us to communicate with you.  If you would like to schedule a pre-arrival call, please visit our booking calendar to schedule yours today. Or, you may call (760) 744-5777 and ask to speak to anyone in Guest Services.

Pre-arrival calls are available Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm. The call takes approximately 30 minutes.

**If you are a first-time guest or haven’t been to the Golden Door in the last few years, we highly recommend scheduling a call, as there are many exciting and important details to share with you in order to get the most out of your Golden Door Experience.

 

PRE-REGISTER

You will be greeted at the Golden Doors by your VIP Concierge. To ensure you have a effortless arrival experience, please take a moment to complete the following business items before your arrival.

  • Pre-Pay – The balance of your stay is due upon arrival. You may pre-pay anytime.
  • Waiver – Electronically sign & return to the VIP Concierge.
