General FAQs

Pack a small bag inside your luggage with a swim suit, workout clothes and shoes that you can access upon arrival. Room check-in is at 4pm. Of course if you prefer to arrive earlier or depending on your flight availability, you are welcome to come early and enjoy resort amenities (pool, gym, bath house – steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi) until your room is ready. In addition, brunch is available from 11:00am to 2:30pm and there will be a tour and optional fitness classes in the afternoon.

Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit or may be applied towards a future stay within one year of the original booking date. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but due to our limited availability, this policy helps us ensure fairness for all guests. We encourage you to carefully consider our cancellation policy before booking as this policy applies to all reservations, with no exceptions. Please be advised that the cancellation/rescheduling policy does not extend to gift certificates, which are non-refundable. However, they can be used for future stays with us, subject to availability.
